Custom Order Process:Submit the form request with your ideas, whether you have specifics in mind or would just like to grant us creative freedom! I will reach back out with a price quote.
After we get a deposit, the creating begins! When your final piece is completed, i will send you pictures & request the final payment. (Payment Plans are welcome!)

Pricing:
All custom projects require a non-refundable 25% deposit down prior to any work done. This is applied to the final price for your project.
Final deposit will be requested once I finish the piece. Please, be payment ready. You will have 48 hours after the piece is completed & I reach out for final payment to pay your remaining total. Failure to respond/pay may result in forfeiture of the piece. I understand things in life can come up, contact me if in need of a payment plan, but don't ghost! I reserve the right to resell if i see fit.

I ask that you keep me updated if any changes occur on your end, especially regarding payment.
Timeline:
I always try my best to finish custom projects within a reasonable, efficient timeline. If you need your project by a certain time, please let us know! I ensure a quick turnaround by not accepting too many requests at one time, and by keeping you in the loop of of my current availability & when i can fit your project in. So i can guesstimate, but i cannot guarantee the exact timeline will be met.
Artistic Integrity:
By choosing Nocturnal Moon Designs for your project, you are agreeing to have trust, to use my artistic integrity to bring your project into fruition!
Custom Orders do not include crystal pieces you already own. Accidents do happen during the wire wrapping process. Sometimes the tension can snap the piece, and sometimes get scratched. Customs are solely done with crystals I have in stock.

I reserve the right to refuse any custom if I feel it does not fall within my scope for any reason.
